The IT Project Manager will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects in an international environment. This role requires a combination of project management expertise, technical knowledge, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

The ideal candidate combines strong leadership capabilities with hands-on technical understanding, enabling them to effectively challenge technical teams, manage project risks, and drive successful outcomes aligned with business objectives.

  • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of IT projects from initiation through completion.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and external partners.
  • Translate business requirements into clear technical workstreams and project roadmaps.
  • Facilitate communication between infrastructure, software development, cybersecurity, data, and business teams.
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and best practices.
  • Coordinate international teams located across multiple countries and time zones.
  • Organize steering committees, project status meetings, and executive reporting.
  • Monitor project performance through KPIs and project dashboards.
  • Support change management and user adoption initiatives.
  • Manage third-party vendors and technology implementation partners.
  • Contribute to technology strategy discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure successful transition from project delivery to operational support teams.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing IT projects in complex international environments.
  • Previous technical experience in areas such as software development, infrastructure, cloud technologies, systems engineering, or enterprise applications.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of IT project delivery methodologies.
  • Experience working within multicultural and globally distributed organizations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.



  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments and system architecture.
  • Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
  • Knowledge of enterprise applications, integrations, and data flows.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and IT governance frameworks.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to understand technical designs, architecture diagrams, and infrastructure landscapes.
  • Knowledge of data platforms, APIs, and modern digital technologies is considered an advantage.
