Job Description



Talent Acquisition (360° Recruitment)

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from role definition to onboarding.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and recruitment priorities.
  • Source, attract and assess candidates through direct search, networking, referrals and traditional recruitment channels.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate selection processes.
  • Manage offer preparation and candidate negotiations.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and strategic positions.
  • Advise managers on hiring decisions and market trends.



Human Resources Business Partnering

  • Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers across the business.
  • Support employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Advise on performance management, employee development and talent retention.
  • Assist managers with organizational and workforce planning topics.
  • Contribute to the implementation of HR policies and best practices.
  • Support change management and organizational initiatives when required.
  • Monitor employee engagement and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal procedures.



HR Operations & Special Projects

  • Participate in HR process improvement initiatives.
  • Support compensation, talent management and workforce planning activities.
  • Prepare HR reporting and analytics when required.
  • Manage sensitive employee matters with a high degree of discretion.
  • Contribute to various HR projects according to business needs.

The Successful Applicant



Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience within Human Resources.
  • Proven experience managing both recruitment and generalist HR responsibilities.
  • Strong track record in 360° recruitment, including direct sourcing and stakeholder management.
  • Experience within hospitality, luxury, service-oriented or customer-centric environments would be an advantage.
