Job Description



Workday Phase 2 Implementation
* Lead HRIS activities related to Phase 2 of the Workday implementation within an international, multi‑country environment
* Drive the deployment of additional modules, functional enhancements, and process optimizations defined as part of Phase 2
* Translate global and local HR business requirements into effective Workday solutions
* Contribute hands‑on to configuration, data readiness, user acceptance testing, cutover, and go‑live activities
* Coordinate closely with external Workday implementation partners and internal global project teams

HR Business Partnership
* Act as a trusted HRIS partner to HR leadership, HR Business Partners, and Centers of Excellence including Talent, Compensation and Benefits, Learning, and Payroll
* Challenge and enhance existing HR processes to maximize value from Workday in a global context
* Provide functional HRIS expertise to support international HR initiatives and ongoing HR transformation linked to Phase 2
* Ensure global consistency while pragmatically accommodating local requirements

Governance and Stakeholder Management
* Partner closely with the HRIS Director on HRIS strategy execution and governance related to Phase 2
* Facilitate workshops with international stakeholders, key users, and subject matter experts
* Drive clear communication on Phase 2 progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions
* Support the definition and implementation of global standards, best practices, and HRIS operating models

Change Management and Adoption
* Support change management activities to drive adoption of Workday as part of Phase 2
* Contribute to user training, functional documentation, and knowledge transfer
* Act as a functional escalation point during stabilization and hypercare following Phase 2 go‑live

The Successful Applicant



Experience and Expertise
The ideal candidate brings 5 to 8+ years of experience in HRIS or HR Technology roles within international or global organizations. Strong exposure to Workday is required, with proven involvement in at least one major implementation or global rollout. The role requires a solid understanding of end‑to‑end HR processes in a multi‑country environment, along with the ability to operate effectively at both strategic and hands‑on levels. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in multicultural environments are essential.

Mindset and Soft Skills
The successful candidate is business‑oriented and solution‑driven, comfortable influencing and advising senior HR stakeholders. They bring a pragmatic, collaborative, and delivery‑focused mindset and are able to provide functional leadership without direct people management responsibility.

Languages
Fluent English is required. Additional languages are a strong advantage.

Reporting Line and Key Interfaces
The role reports to the HRIS Director and works closely with Global HR Leadership, HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, IT, Finance, external Workday partners, and regional key users.
