About Our Client



Our client is a prestigious international organization based in Geneva. To support a temporary replacement within the Rewards team, they are looking for a HR Rewards & Compensation Analyst to contribute to compensation processes, job grading initiatives and HR rewards projects within a complex and international environment.

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with HR, HRIS and Rewards specialists while contributing to strategic compensation and organizational projects.

Job Description



Annual Salary Review (ASR)

  • Support the planning and execution of the annual salary review process.
  • Participate in compensation system configuration reviews and related testing activities (UAT and production testing).
  • Liaise with HRIS teams regarding system, data and reporting requirements.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of compensation tools, processes and methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain compensation reports, dashboards and monitoring tools.
  • Support modelling exercises and compensation-related analyses.
  • Assist Rewards Managers with data preparation, validation and analytical support.



Compensation Analytics & Reporting

  • Ensure data quality, consistency and accuracy across compensation datasets.
  • Prepare analyses and reports to support business and compensation decisions.
  • Contribute to the development of reporting tools and compensation monitoring frameworks.
  • Perform data validation and support decision-making through actionable insights.



Job Grading & Job Architecture

  • Support job grading and job architecture projects.
  • Contribute to process design and job mapping activities.
  • Provide guidance to HR stakeholders on role review methodologies and technical aspects.
  • Review generic job roles and ensure alignment with internal standards and governance requirements.
  • Participate in maintaining job evaluation consistency across the organization.



Rewards Projects

  • Support various Rewards initiatives including:
    • Job grading
    • Mobility programs
    • Pay equity projects
    • Living wage initiatives
    • Compensation framework reviews
    • Organizational reward-related projects



Communication & Training Support

  • Improve communication and training materials related to Rewards programs.
  • Support the preparation and facilitation of webinars and information sessions.
  • Coordinate meetings, invitations and stakeholder follow-up activities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience in Compensation & Benefits, Rewards, HR Analytics or HRIS.
  • Strong analytical and data management skills.
  • Experience supporting annual salary review processes and compensation cycles.
  • Exposure to job grading, job architecture or workforce planning initiatives is a strong asset.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and HR reporting tools.
  • Experience collaborating with HRIS teams and participating in system testing activities (UAT).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Autonomous, organized and proactive.
  • Fluent English required; French is a strong asset.
