About Our Client



Our client is an international company operating across multiple countries and supporting a globally mobile workforce.

To strengthen its Human Resources function, the company is looking for an HR Mobility Officer to support international assignments and mobility operations across multiple regions while ensuring a seamless employee experience and compliance with internal policies.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment and contribute to the management of internationally mobile employees across the full assignment lifecycle.

Job Description



As part of the HR team, you will play a key role in supporting and coordinating international mobility activities across different countries and business units.

International Mobility Management

  • Manage and coordinate international assignments throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Support expatriates before, during and after international assignments.
  • Coordinate relocation, immigration and mobility-related administrative processes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal mobility policies and applicable regulations.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internationally mobile employees and managers.



Employee Support & HR Operations

  • Provide guidance on mobility-related processes and assignment conditions.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities for internationally mobile employees.
  • Coordinate documentation and administrative requirements related to international assignments.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy within HR systems.



Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, Finance and external mobility providers.
  • Coordinate interactions between employees, managers and service providers.
  • Support the resolution of mobility-related issues and employee queries.



Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to mobility reporting and operational monitoring.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and HR projects.
  • Support data analysis and reporting activities related to international mobility.
  • Ensure best practices and operational excellence across mobility processes.

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience in International Mobility, HR Operations, HR Administration or a related HR environment.
  • Good understanding of expatriate management and/or international assignments is an asset.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Service-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment.
  • Fluent French and good professional level of English.
