About Our Client

Our client is an established international organization operating in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Job Description

As HR Business Partner, you will serve as a key HR contact for managers and employees and provide guidance on a broad range of people-related matters.

You will build strong relationships with business leaders, understand their operational challenges and provide practical, solution-oriented HR advice.

You will support managers with employee relations, performance management, disciplinary matters, conflict resolution and organizational changes.

You will manage recruitment activities for your assigned scope, from identifying staffing requirements and defining recruitment strategies through to direct sourcing, interviews, candidate assessment, offer management and contract preparation.

You will coordinate key talent management processes, including performance reviews, talent reviews, succession planning and employee development initiatives. Working closely with managers, you will identify development needs and ensure appropriate follow-up actions.

You will also oversee onboarding and offboarding activities and contribute to maintaining job descriptions and organizational structures.

Beyond day-to-day HR activities, you will participate in HR projects and change initiatives, supporting the development and continuous improvement of HR processes, policies and tools. You will contribute to initiatives aimed at strengthening employee engagement, enhancing the employee experience and improving HR operational effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant

You bring approximately five years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable generalist HR position, ideally within an international or fast-paced organization.

You have solid hands-on experience across employee relations, performance management, recruitment and talent development.

Strong recruitment capabilities, including direct sourcing, are important for this position, while experience recruiting technical or IT-related profiles would be a significant advantage.

You have a good understanding of Swiss labour law and are comfortable advising managers on sensitive and complex employee matters.

You are proactive, curious and genuinely interested in understanding the business behind HR topics.

Rather than simply identifying issues, you are able to analyse situations, propose pragmatic solutions and take ownership of their implementation.

Your interpersonal and communication skills enable you to establish credibility and build trusted relationships with managers and employees at different levels of the organization.

Autonomous and well organized, you are comfortable managing multiple priorities in a changing environment.

You combine a hands-on, service-oriented mindset with the ability to challenge constructively and influence stakeholders.

You hold a recognized qualification in Human Resources, such as a degree, Bachelor, Brevet or equivalent.

French is your native language, combined with fluency in English and/or German.

What's on Offer

This is an opportunity to join an international and stimulating environment in a broad HR Business Partner role with significant autonomy and exposure to the business. You will work closely with managers, contribute to meaningful people initiatives and have a direct impact on employee experience and organizational development. The position offers an attractive combination of operational responsibility, strategic HR partnering and project involvement.
