Working closely with managers, you will identify development needs and ensure appropriate follow-up actions.You will also oversee onboarding and offboarding activities and contribute to maintaining job descriptions and organizational structures.Beyond day-to-day HR activities, you will participate in HR projects and change initiatives, supporting the development and continuous improvement of HR processes, policies and tools. You will contribute to initiatives aimed at strengthening employee engagement, enhancing the employee experience and improving HR operational effectiveness.The Successful ApplicantYou bring approximately five years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable generalist HR position, ideally within an international or fast-paced organization.You have solid hands-on experience across employee relations, performance management, recruitment and talent development.Strong recruitment capabilities, including direct sourcing, are important for this position, while experience recruiting technical or IT-related profiles would be a significant advantage.You have a good understanding of Swiss labour law and are comfortable advising managers on sensitive and complex employee matters.You are proactive, curious and genuinely interested in understanding the business behind HR topics.Rather than simply identifying issues, you are able to analyse situations, propose pragmatic solutions and take ownership of their implementation.Your interpersonal and communication skills enable you to establish credibility and build trusted relationships with managers and employees at different levels of the organization.Autonomous and well organized, you are comfortable managing multiple priorities in a changing environment.You combine a hands-on, service-oriented mindset with the ability to challenge constructively and influence stakeholders.You hold a recognized qualification in Human Resources, such as a degree, Bachelor, Brevet or equivalent.French is your native language, combined with fluency in English and/or German.What's on OfferThis is an opportunity to join an international and stimulating environment in a broad HR Business Partner role with significant autonomy and exposure to the business.
