About Our Client

Our client is an international company offering a dynamic and collaborative workplace.

Job Description

In this varied HR role, you will work closely with managers and employees, providing day-to-day guidance and contributing to a positive and effective working environment.

You will support managers on employee relations topics, performance matters and other people-related situations, helping them identify appropriate and pragmatic solutions. You will also contribute to organizational changes and ensure that HR policies and processes are applied consistently.

Recruitment will be an important part of your responsibilities. You will manage recruitment processes for different functions, from understanding hiring needs and preparing job descriptions to sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, supporting selection decisions and preparing offers and employment documentation. Depending on the profiles, you will also conduct direct sourcing activities, particularly for specialist and technical positions.

Throughout the employee lifecycle, you will coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities and ensure employees and managers receive the appropriate HR support.

You will participate in annual performance and talent processes, working with managers to identify development needs and follow up on agreed actions. You will also contribute to succession planning, training and employee development initiatives.

Alongside your operational responsibilities, you will participate in HR projects and improvement initiatives. This may include reviewing HR processes, updating policies and documentation, supporting internal communication and contributing to the implementation of new HR tools and practices.

You will work collaboratively with the wider HR team while progressively developing your level of autonomy and ownership across your assigned scope.

The Successful Applicant

You have gained around 3 to 5 years of experience in a generalist HR position, such as HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, HR Advisor or a similar role.

You have practical experience across several HR areas, ideally including employee relations, recruitment, performance management and employee development.

Recruitment is an important component of the position, so you should be comfortable managing recruitment processes and interacting directly with candidates. Experience with direct sourcing is highly valued, while exposure to technical or IT recruitment would be an advantage.

You have a good understanding of Swiss labour law and are able to apply your knowledge to everyday HR situations.

You enjoy working closely with both employees and managers and are comfortable providing guidance while knowing when to involve more senior HR stakeholders when required.

You are proactive, pragmatic and solution-oriented. You like understanding the business context behind HR requests and are able to translate needs into concrete actions.

Strong interpersonal skills, a service-oriented mindset and the ability to build constructive relationships are essential. You are organized, autonomous in your day-to-day activities and comfortable managing several priorities simultaneously.

You hold a recognized qualification in Human Resources, such as a Brevet, Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

French is your native language, with fluency in English and/or German.

What's on Offer

This position offers an excellent opportunity to further develop your HR Business Partner expertise while taking ownership of a broad and varied HR scope.
