Our client is a well-established international consumer goods company with operations across multiple European markets.

Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day HR administration activities for employees based in France and Italy
  • Prepare employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and other HR documentation
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR administrative matters
  • Coordinate payroll activities in collaboration with external payroll providers
  • Collect, review, and submit monthly payroll data to ensure accurate salary processing
  • Serve as the key contact for employee payroll-related queries
  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
  • Ensure compliance with local employment regulations and internal policies
  • Partner with HR stakeholders across the EMEA region to support business objectives

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience in HR Administration, HR Coordination, or a similar HR Operations role
  • Experience supporting payroll processes in collaboration with external providers
  • Sound knowledge of employee lifecycle management and HR administration practices
  • Fluency in both French and Italian is mandatory
  • Good command of English in a professional environment
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proactive, service-oriented, and detail-focused approach
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • High degree of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
