Job Description

  • Provide first-level technical support to internal users.
  • Manage software access requests and user permissions.
  • Execute onboarding and offboarding activities for employees.
  • Prepare, configure, and deploy laptops and IT equipment.
  • Troubleshoot Windows and macOS devices.
  • Investigate user authentication and MFA-related issues.
  • Administer user accounts, distribution lists, and access groups.
  • Maintain and distribute loaner equipment and peripherals.
  • Support meeting rooms and on-site technical events.
  • Escalate complex incidents to specialist teams when required.
  • Maintain accurate ticket documentation within the ITSM platform.
  • Contribute to process improvements and knowledge-base documentation.



The Successful Applicant

  • 1-3 years of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, Service Desk, or Desktop Support.
  • Experience supporting both Windows and macOS environments.
  • Knowledge of user provisioning and access management processes.
  • Experience with employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Familiarity with SaaS applications and cloud-based environments.
  • Experience working with an ITSM tool such as Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, or similar.
  • Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Professional level of English.
