About Our Client

For a leading financial institution based in Geneva, we are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer & Communication specialist to support Investment Marketing activities.

The role offers strong visibility and regular interaction with senior stakeholders within a professional and demanding banking environment.

Job Description

  • Design and produce high-quality investment and marketing documents based on existing content
  • Rework and visually enhance complex financial materials
  • Ensure strong layout, typography, visual hierarchy and consistency
  • Prepare documents for professional printing and digital distribution
  • Apply strict brand, quality and regulatory guidelines
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Investment and Communication functions
  • Handle multiple deliverables in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment



The Successful Applicant

Professional Background

  • Proven experience in private banking, asset management, investment banking or family office
  • Solid understanding of how a banking institution operates
  • Comfortable working in a regulated environment



Graphic Design Expertise (Must-have)

  • Strong background in graphic design / communication design / marketing design
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign (essential)
  • Illustrator and Photoshop are strong advantages
  • Excellent attention to detail and sense of visual structure
  • Experience producing documents for high-end professional printing



Languages

  • French: fluent (C1 level minimum)
  • English: fluent (C1 level minimum)
  • Any other language is a plus

  • On-site presence required 4 days per week
  • 1 day remote
  • Position open at 80% if required
