Job Description

  • Manage the full grant lifecycle, including proposal development, reporting, amendments, and close-out activities.
  • Ensure compliance with donor requirements, contractual obligations, and internal policies.
  • Coordinate with programme, finance, and operations teams to gather and consolidate grant-related information.
  • Prepare and review high-quality donor reports and funding proposals.
  • Monitor grant deadlines, deliverables, and reporting schedules.
  • Maintain accurate grant documentation and donor records.
  • Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on grants management and donor compliance matters.
  • Contribute to effective donor stewardship and relationship management.



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in grants management, donor compliance, and institutional donor relations within the humanitarian, NGO, or international development sector.
  • Strong understanding of the grants lifecycle, including proposal development, reporting, and donor requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
