Job Description

Working closely with the Head of Fund Operations based in another country, you will play a key role in the day-to-day administration of Cayman-based funds, ensuring the smooth execution of operational, reporting, and investor-related activities.This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic professional looking to further develop their expertise in fund administration within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day administration of investment funds, primarily hedge funds.
  • Liaise with external administrators, custodians, auditors, legal advisors, and other service providers.
  • Review and monitor NAV calculations prepared by third-party administrators.
  • Coordinate subscription, redemption, and transfer processes.
  • Manage investor documentation, subscription agreements, and onboarding requirements.
  • Assist with fund launches and the setup of new fund structures.
  • Monitor fund cash movements and operational workflows.
  • Ensure timely completion of reporting, regulatory, and administrative requirements.
  • Participate in projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and controls.
  • Act as a key point of contact for fund-related operational matters within the Geneva office.



The Successful Applicant

Profile

  • Around 3 years of experience in fund administration, fund operations, middle office, or a similar role within asset management, a fund administrator, a hedge fund, or a family office.
  • Knowledge of Cayman fund structures and hedge fund operations is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with NAV calculations, subscriptions/redemptions, transfers, and investor servicing.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and eager to take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
