Job Description

  • Manage and coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for senior management.
  • Prepare and review correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Organise travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Assist in event planning and coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
  • Support ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Executive Secretary for this role should have:

  • Relevant educational qualifications in administration or a related field.
  • Experience in a law firm (must have).
  • Fluency in English and in French. In addition, speaking Spanish is a nice-to-have.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to handle pressure.
  • Strong organisational and prioritising abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to speak with assertiveness and diplomacy.
