Job Description



Executive & Business Support

  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and international travel arrangements across multiple time zones.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, briefing notes, and follow‑up actions for executive meetings.
  • Serve as a key liaison with internal teams and external stakeholders, handling communications with diplomacy and confidentiality.



Personal Support

  • Provide tailored personal support to the executive, including coordination of personal appointments, logistics, and ad‑hoc requests.
  • Assist with personal travel arrangements, scheduling, and selected private administrative matters, ensuring discretion at all times.
  • Anticipate personal and professional needs, proactively resolving issues before they arise.



Additional Responsibilities (depending on scope and seniority)

  • Support board, committee, or governance‑related meetings.
  • Assist with confidential projects and sensitive initiatives.
  • Coordinate with international offices, service providers, and external partners as required.

The Successful Applicant



Required Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant (or equivalent) supporting senior or C‑level executives, ideally in an international environment.
  • Fluency in Finnish and English is essential; French is a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional organisational, communication, and prioritisation skills.
  • High degree of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern collaboration tools.
