Job Description

You report directly to the Rewards and Work Design Manager and will have the following responsibilities:

  • Act as the local subject matter expert for compensation, incentives, benefits and reward-related topics in Switzerland.
  • Translate global reward frameworks into effective local practices, ensuring competitiveness, consistency, internal equity and compliance.
  • Manage and coordinate key compensation and HR transformation projects, including payroll optimisation and process improvements.
  • Support annual compensation cycles, workforce planning activities, budgeting and HR reporting requirements.
  • Drive reward transparency by developing communication and education initiatives for employees and managers.
  • Act as a key contact for payroll-related topics, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support HR and business decisions.

The Successful Applicant

  • Relevant university degree in the field of HR, Finance or Business Administration
  • Initial experience in Compensation & Benefits with strong motivation to further develop in this field.
  • OR background in HR, Payroll, Finance, Controlling or Rewards with strong interest in moving into C&B.
  • Fluent in English, with intermediate German (B1) and willingness to improve. Serbian/Croatian/Bosnian skills are an advantage.
  • Previous experience with Success Factors is a plus.
  • Strong communicator who enjoys collaboration and engaging with different stakeholders.
  • Open-minded and innovative personality with a continuous improvement mindset.
