Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar Jobs Added 02/04/2026Strategic and hands-on roleHighly regulated environmentAbout Our ClientOur client is a leading international industrial organization, based in French-speaking Switzerland, operating in a highly regulated environment.Job DescriptionReporting to a senior member of the site leadership team, you will be responsible for driving facilities and utilities projects while ensuring alignment with long-term site strategy.Your main responsibilities will include:Leading and coordinating a portfolio of facilities and utilities projects (CAPEX), ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standardsManaging and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously, including critical shutdown activities and infrastructure upgradesActing as program lead, defining project roadmaps, allocating resources, and ensuring alignment with business objectivesOverseeing engineering activities related to utilities (e.g. HVAC, compressed air, electrical systems, heating) and facilities infrastructureManaging a team of technical experts and external partners, ensuring efficient collaboration and performanceDriving cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing, Quality, and R&D to ensure smooth project execution and operational impactEnsuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards (GMP, ISO, etc.), including documentation, risk analysis, and validation activitiesSupporting audits and inspections from regulatory authoritiesMonitoring project budgets, KPIs, and reporting progress to senior stakeholdersPromoting a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and strong team collaborationTeam & environment You will lead a small team of engineers and technicians and coordinate external consultants during key project phases.
