About Our Client

Our client is a well-established international organisation undergoing significant HR systems transformation. This is a full-time temporary assignment running until March 2027, with potential extension, requiring a quick start and offering exposure to complex HR technology projects.

Job Description

  • Provide functional support and administration for Workday HCM and related HR systems.
  • Lead and coordinate incident management, issue resolution, and root cause analysis.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into system improvements and configurations.
  • Coordinate system testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment activities.
  • Manage HR system releases, change requests, and stakeholder communications.
  • Deliver training, user guidance, and adoption initiatives across HR processes and systems.
  • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain documentation, reporting, dashboards, and process governance standards.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery and data quality.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 3 years of experience within HRIS, HR Operations, HR Technology, or Business Analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday HCM; exposure to ServiceNow HR is advantageous.
  • Strong background supporting HR systems, end-users, testing, and system enhancements.
  • Experience creating and delivering training materials and supporting change adoption.
  • Good understanding of HR processes, data management, reporting, and analytics.
  • Comfortable coordinating releases, incidents, and stakeholder communications.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
