Job Description

  • Check, distribute and process incoming customer instructions received via SWIFT.
  • Record all relevant treasury transactions (FX, MM, call/notice, fixed-term deposits, gold, account movements) in the deal capture system.
  • Ensure sufficient account funding and compliance with AML requirements.
  • Investigate and resolve customer enquiries or transaction issues, including follow‑up on failed settlements.
  • Prepare daily reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Keep internal teams informed about customers' daily cash positions.
  • Properly archive customer messages and maintain documentation according to procedures.
  • Contribute to business continuity activities and preparedness.
  • Support process improvements, testing, and development of operational tools.



The Successful Applicant

  • Brings prior experience in banking operations, treasury, or institutional client services, ideally in a similar Dealer Assistant or Back‑Office role.
  • Proficient in SWIFT message processing, with strong accuracy in checking, distributing, and validating incoming customer instructions.
  • Experienced in recording and processing treasury transactions such as FX, money market placements, fixed‑term deposits, and account movements.
  • Knowledgeable in AML requirements, funding checks, and settlement processes.
  • Skilled in investigating and resolving customer queries and transaction issues in a structured and professional manner.
  • Comfortable preparing daily reports and maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders across different regions.
  • Detail‑oriented, reliable, and able to manage time‑critical tasks under pressure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in an international environment.
  • Team‑oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to collaborate across Front Office, Back Office, and global offices.
  • Trustworthy and diligent in handling sensitive financial information and documentation.
