Partnering with leaders across key functions, you will drive topics such as talent, organisational effectiveness, employee engagement and change initiatives in a dynamic and highly collaborative environment.

About Our Client

Our client is a global pharmaceutical company operating in a complex and international environment. Due to ongoing business priorities, they are looking for an HR Business Partner who can start quickly and support the organisation on an initial 6+ month contract.

Job Description

  • Collaborate with leadership to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Provide guidance on workforce planning and organisational development initiatives.
  • Support managers with employee relations and performance management processes.
  • Advise on HR policies, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Facilitate employee engagement activities to foster a productive work environment.
  • Partner with recruitment teams to attract and onboard top talent.
  • Analyse HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes.
  • Lead or participate in HR projects to support organisational priorities.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-10 years of HR Business Partner experience, ideally within pharma, biotech or life sciences.
  • Experience supporting leaders within international matrix organisations.
  • Strong knowledge of talent management, succession planning and organisational development.
  • Experience supporting organisational change, restructurings or transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong coaching, communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Hands-on, pragmatic approach combined with strong business acumen.
  • Fluent English required; German and/or French considered a strong advantage.
