Job Description

  • Own the delivery of digital content projects across priority product categories and campaigns.
  • Coordinate content execution across website and mobile application platforms to ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Translate strategic content plans into actionable execution roadmaps and delivery schedules.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, UX, design, and commercial teams to align content priorities and business objectives.
  • Manage the rollout of campaign, product, and editorial content across multiple digital touchpoints.
  • Ensure content quality, accuracy, and brand consistency through established review and governance processes.
  • Monitor content performance, customer engagement metrics, and testing results to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Support the creation of compelling product, innovation, and brand storytelling experiences that resonate with target audiences.
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment, manage project dependencies, and proactively remove delivery roadblocks.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in content workflows, processes, and digital experience effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in digital marketing, content management, or e-commerce are advantageous.
  • Several years of experience in digital content management, content operations, or e-commerce content delivery.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale website and app content initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of digital customer journeys, online merchandising, and content optimization.
  • Experience working within global, matrix, or cross-functional organizations.
  • Ability to translate strategic concepts into effective digital execution plans.
  • Comfortable using performance data, reporting tools, and customer insights to drive improvements.
  • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Fluent English is required.
  • Additional European languages are considered an advantage.
