Pour notre client, nous recrutons un.e Responsable de la Comptabilité qui aura la charge d'une petite équipe comptable et évoluera à côté de pairs spécialisés en consolidation et contrôle de gestion.

Responsable Comptabilité & Services Immobiliers 90-100% : ce poste consiste à piloter la gestion financière et administrative d'un portefeuille immobilier tout en supervisant le bon fonctionnement des services internes du site. Il implique également l'encadrement d'une petite équipe, la gestion des budgets, des rapports financiers, des assurances et des processus opérationnels liés aux activités immobilières. Basé entre Lausanne et Vevey.

Nous recherchons un Responsable comptable / Chef-comptable expérimenté dans la tenue comptable suisse complète qui prendra également la responsabilité manageriale d'une équipe de 2 collaborateurs comptables.

-Execute the organisation's M&A strategy, including coordinating due diligence, structuring and coordinating pre-closing and post-acquisition operational integration.

-Support post-acquisition to drive growth and deliver sustainable value creation and synergies.

• Ensures accurate and timely execution of Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense processes, supporting vendor, invoice, and payment activities across the organization.
• Handles high‑volume transactional tasks while coordinating with internal stakeholders to maintain smooth and efficient Procure‑to‑Pay operations.

The Integration Programme Manager (PMO) supports the Integration Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing the integration of acquired organisations across Switzerland.

The Integration Manager is responsible for leading and executing the end-to-end integration of acquired companies into the broader organization, ensuring the realization of strategic objectives, synergies, and financial targets.

Contributing to a better understanding of the business results and contribute to business transformation

Leading projects based on Swiss needs as well as initiatives coming from Group (e.g. automation of processes, implementation of tools, simplification by use of AI, prepare change of ERP)

A privately held organisation is seeking a full-time Accounting Manager to oversee a team of accountants. This position reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and offers a broad scope of responsibilities in a stable and structured environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in audit and accounting, with experience both in a Big Four firm and in an in-house finance function.

Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts in collaboration with Finance Business Partners and Project Control.

Analyze and understand variances between actuals and forecasts.
