Nous recherchons pour notre client un-e Assistant-e Comptable 50% disponible rapidement pour une mission temporaire de longue durée.

Pour l'un de nos clients, nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Finance & Controlling Officer en contrat permanent entre 80% et 100% et basé(e) à Lausanne. La ou le collaborateur(trice) rejoindra le département Finance & Controlling de la structure.

En tant que COMPTABLE PPE à temps partiel ou à 100% vous serez responsable de la gestion comptable pour des biens immobiliers. Ce poste permanent basé à Lausanne offre une opportunité de travailler dans le secteur de l'immobilier.

• Gestion des obligations fiscales et comptables : Préparation des déclarations fiscales, tenue des comptes, et établissement des décomptes TVA.

We are looking for our client an Accounting and Reporting Specialist immediately available for an initial 4 to 6-month opportunity.

• Responsibilities: Handle bookkeeping, payroll, tax filings (VAT, corporate), and financial reporting for a German entity, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Profile: 5+ years of experience, fluent in German and English, strong knowledge of HGB/GermanGAAP, with a degree in accounting/finance and ideally a professional certification. Accounting and Sytem implementations.

• Handle accounting and reporting for several global subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with IFRS, statutory requirements, and internal controls.
• Ideal candidate has 5-7 years' experience, strong ERP and Excel skills, fluent English (C1), French comprehension (B1-B2), and brings agility, precision, and a collaborative mindset.

• Assist in preparation of timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
• Prepare journal entries for technical accounting topics such as equity, stock-based compensation, lease accounting, pensions
