We are seeking a highly capable and agile professional to support a C-level executive in a hybrid Executive Assistant / Finance capacity.

Entant que Responsable Finance & Controlling, vous êtes membre du comité de direction. Vous garantissez la fiabilité des données financières, la vision consolidée du groupe et les analyses pour les décisions stratégiques. Vous mettez en place la gouvernance financière du groupe, pilotez la performance, et soutenez l'opérationnel au quotidien. Vous contribuez enfin à la modernisation des processus et des outils.

To strengthen its finance organization, we are looking for a Finance Manager who will assume responsibility for the entire finance function and support the Managing Director in monitoring and steering the company's performance.

This position is responsible for steering financial planning and performance management across the group. The role encompasses full oversight of profitability and working capital, while driving forecasting accuracy, financial transparency, and decision support. In addition, the function plays a key role in risk governance and provides high-quality financial insights to senior leadership and board-level stakeholders.

Rattaché directement au CFO, l'Accounting Manager supervise l'ensemble du périmètre comptable suisse et encadre une équipe de deux personnes en charge des cycles fournisseurs et clients. Il intervient également en coordination avec les filiales, partenaires externes, auditeurs et conseillers fiscaux.

You will predominantly support the CEO while also contributing to the effectiveness of the wider Executive Leadership Team (CFO, COO, CCO, CHRO). This role requires strong judgement, a high level of ownership and the ability to manage complexity with discretion and professionalism.

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth executive operations, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and maintaining efficient office management at the Basel site.
