Payroll Specialist FR/ENG

Leading projects based on Swiss needs as well as initiatives coming from Group (e.g. automation of processes, implementation of tools, simplification by use of AI, prepare change of ERP)

To support the payroll team, our client is looking to hire a Payroll Specialist who will assist with the accurate processing of all payroll changes within the company.

We are recruiting a Senior Internal Audit Consultant - on-demand mandates, likely to intervene from time to time in a company on assignments lasting a few weeks, which could be renewed several times during the year.

Reporting directly to the Global Head of Treasury, you will play a key role in ensuring governance, transparency, risk control and accuracy across all treasury activities while actively contributing to the further development of the global treasury framework.You will work closely with Finance, Controlling, Group entities and external stakeholders, acting as a sparring partner rather than a pure analyst.

We're looking for a treasury professional to manage and oversee treasury-related accounting activities, complex hedge accounting, IFRS9, risk management and financing activities.

Mission Overview

Under the supervision of the Finance and Treasury management team, you will support day‑to‑day treasury tasks, ensure smooth operational follow‑up, and contribute to the accuracy and optimization of financial processes. The position requires rigor, adaptability, and strong analytical capabilities.

 

As part of the day to day you will collaborate closely with Group Finance and business team around the world and coordinate the group management accounting and reporting as well as take part on various projects.
