Job Description

  • Design elegant, intuitive, and consistent user interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
  • Translate business requirements and user needs into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
  • Ensure designs meet usability, accessibility, and responsive design best practices.
  • Build, maintain, and evolve a robust Figma workspace, including component libraries, design system assets, and developer documentation.
  • Keep all design files organized, version-controlled, and up to date.
  • Continuously iterate on designs based on client, stakeholder, and user feedback.
  • Clearly communicate and justify design decisions while advocating for UX best practices.
  • Maintain consistency and quality across all product iterations and updates.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  • Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and agile delivery ceremonies.
  • Ensure all designs align with branding guidelines, security standards, and regulatory requirements.



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio of digital product design projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, and prototyping.
  • Experience creating and maintaining design systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple feedback cycles and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality user experiences.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Previous experience in financial services is an advantage but not essential.
