Our client is strengthening its Sales Administration team and is looking for a Sales Administration Assistant to support its commercial activities across Switzerland, Germany and the UK. This role sits at the heart of the sales organisation and involves daily interaction with B2B clients, internal sales teams and operational stakeholders in a fast‑paced, international environment.

About Our Client

Our client is a SME based in Geneva.

Job Description

  • Act as the first point of contact for inbound client requests (phone and email)
  • Manage customer orders end‑to‑end, from entry to delivery, ensuring compliance with agreed commercial terms
  • Monitor deliveries, handle claims, and resolve customer issues in coordination with internal teams
  • Support field sales teams with administrative and operational follow‑up
  • Set up new client accounts and maintain accurate customer data in the ERP system
  • Update commercial conditions, contracts and sales documentation
  • Enter orders and invoices, and follow up on payments in liaison with accounting
  • Assist with product listings with wholesalers and pharmacy networks
  • Support the preparation of trade fairs and commercial events
  • Contribute to sales reporting and ad‑hoc administrative tasks



The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience in sales administration / order management / customer service in a B2B environment
  • Comfortable communicating both verbally and in writing with external clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines
  • Team‑oriented, proactive and detail‑minded
  • Fluent in French, German and English
