Job Description

  • Source, assess and execute real estate acquisition and disposal opportunities.
  • Manage the full transaction process, from initial screening through closing.
  • Prepare financial models, investment analyses, valuations and return scenarios.
  • Coordinate commercial, technical, legal, tax and financial due diligence processes.
  • Prepare investment memoranda and present recommendations to senior decision-makers.
  • Negotiate transaction terms alongside external advisers, counterparties and financing partners.
  • Structure and coordinate debt financing and refinancing processes.
  • Manage relationships with brokers, banks, lawyers, consultants and other external stakeholders.
  • Monitor transaction timelines, budgets, risks and key deliverables.
  • Support portfolio strategy, asset reviews and value-creation initiatives.
  • Follow market developments and identify relevant investment themes and opportunities.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of investment processes, reporting and governance.

The Successful Applicant

  • University degree in finance, real estate, economics, engineering or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience in real estate transactions, investment, acquisitions, corporate finance or real estate advisory.
  • Proven ability to manage transactions from initial analysis through execution.
  • Strong financial modelling, valuation and investment analysis skills.
  • Solid understanding of real estate financing, due diligence and transaction documentation.
  • Experience within a Family Office, investment firm, real estate company, private equity platform, bank or leading advisory firm would be highly relevant.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, rigorous and comfortable working within a lean organisation.
  • High level of discretion, reliability and personal accountability.
  • Fluency in French and English.
