Our client is looking for a Textile Traceability & Compliance Specialist to strengthen its team in Geneva for a 3-month temporary assignment. You will ensure the accuracy, consistency and completeness of product, supplier and packaging data while supporting traceability and regulatory compliance across international markets.

Job Description

  • Collect, consolidate and monitor traceability data related to textile materials, components and finished products.
  • Ensure the completeness, accuracy and consistency of information received from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Centralise and maintain the documentation required for traceability, compliance and potential audits.
  • Map and maintain visibility over the supply chain, including suppliers, materials and product origins.
  • Update and maintain traceability information and databases.
  • Support the monitoring of product compliance requirements across key markets.
  • Capcability to manage and analyse large volumes of data.
  • Develop reports and analyses to facilitate data monitoring and decision-making.
  • Contribute to the improvement and reorganisation of data processes, including the use of AI-enabled solutions.
  • Support supplier audits and follow-up activities related to traceability and compliance.



The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience in textile traceability, product compliance, supply chain compliance or a closely related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the textile industry.
  • Good understanding of product traceability principles and the structure of international supply chains.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to product information, origin, labelling and certifications.
  • Experience handling large and complex datasets from multiple internal and external sources.
  • Advanced Excel skills are essential, including data analysis, consolidation and reporting.
  • Experience with traceability platform would be a strong advantage.
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and interested in leveraging AI to structure, analyse and communicate data.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify inconsistencies and maintain high data-quality standards.
  • Experience with supplier audits or supplier compliance processes would be an asset.
  • Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
  • Organised, analytical and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
