We are looking for a RFP Specialist to join the Institutional Sales Support team on a 12-month contract to support our client.This hire is driven by an increase in workload and a temporary reduction in capacity within the team, requiring additional support.

About Our Client

A private bank in Geneva.

Job Description

You will join a small and collaborative team of 4 people, working closely with the team manager and key internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver high-quality RFPs (Requests for Proposal) and due diligence questionnaires for institutional clients
  • Draft clear, compelling and compliant answers aligned with investment strategies and company messaging
  • Maintain and update consultant databases and marketing content to ensure accuracy and visibility
  • Keep fund documentation and due diligence materials up to date and standardised
  • Coordinate inputs across multiple internal teams (Investment, Risk, Compliance, Operations)
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while respecting deadlines
  • Contribute to the organisation and efficiency of the team's workflows and documentation



The Successful Applicant

Profile

  • Experience in a similar RFP / product specialist / client servicing role within Asset Management is strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding or interest in financial markets and asset classes (long-only and/or alternatives)
  • Excellent writing skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
  • Proactive, hands-on and able to contribute quickly
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field
  • Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
