Job Description

  • Acquire, onboard, and provide long-term relationship management to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth Asian private clients (HNWI/UHNWI)
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships with the highest level of service quality
  • Develop tailored investment strategies in collaboration with the investment team
  • Manage the full client onboarding process in compliance with regulatory requirements (KYC/AML)
  • Coordinate with custodian banks, compliance teams, and internal stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities within the existing network and market
  • Represent the company at client events and through international travel

The Successful Applicant

  • Several years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or with an External Asset Manager
  • Proven track record in managing and acquiring Asian private clients
  • An established network of high-net-worth clients in Asia is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of the Swiss financial industry and relevant regulatory requirements
  • Strong client focus, service orientation, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Independent, structured, and reliable working style
  • Excellent intercultural skills and professional presence
