About Our Client

Our client is a well-established family office which owns an extended European real estate portfolio.

Job Description

Reporting directly to the Head of Real Estate Investments of the family office, your main activities will include:

  • Asset Management : Drive relationships with the property managers, follow up on assets and developments with third parties, review appraisals and budget and update financial models & business plans. Conduct scenario analysis and strategic analysis to drive strategic decisions on portfolio positions. Active participation in letting initiatives.
  • Acquisitions : Produce analysis and conduct the due-diligence process. Produce financial models for selected opportunities as well as investment memorandums.
  • Portfolio Management : Responsible for gathering, centralising and consolidating the Annual Report and Quarterly Board Reports based on the Portfolio consolidation.
  • Strategy : support and provide input on establishing the company's long term investment strategy.
  • Pipeline : Source deals and develop a network of potential partners in order to bring new opportunities for consideration.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor/master's degree with Business/Real Estate or Construction focus
  • Professional Experience: 3-5 years of relevant professional work experience focused on international real estate management/investment, ideally with a first exposure to Swiss assets.
  • Asset management experience, including supervision of third parties
  • Financial modelling skills and understanding of real estate investment process (including private equity real estate, strong excel-skills
  • Strong organisational skills. Self-sufficient, sense of initiative and results-driven personality.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, high degree of flexibility and discretion
  • Fluent in French and English
