Job Description

Key Responsibilities of the Railway Maintenance Project Manager (ECM)

  • Implement and manage service contracts with international railway clients, ensuring full compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee project planning, execution and performance monitoring, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline and technical specifications
  • Act as primary technical interface with clients, managing change requests, claims and evolving operational requirements
  • Ensure fleet compliance with the EU rfegulations and ECM 3 and 4.

The Successful Applicant

Profile & Experience of the Railway Maintenance Project Manager

  • Degree as Technician or Engineer
  • 3 years of experience in railay infrastructure,
  • Proven experience in railway works supervision, technical operations or heavy equipment maintenance,
  • Strong understanding of railway rolling stock and fleet management principles,
  • Knowledge of ECM Levels 3 and 4 is highly desirable,
  • Fluency in German or French.
  • Swiss residency or willing to relocate in Switzerland,
  • Willing to travel : up to 25% of working time.
