Job Description

  • Supporting project and programme governance activities across strategic initiatives
  • Maintaining and enhancing PMO templates, tools, frameworks, and reporting standards
  • Preparing dashboards, KPI reports, and management presentations for key stakeholders
  • Monitoring project risks, issues, dependencies, and action plans
  • Tracking project progress and ensuring timely reporting of key metrics
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation, records, and repositories
  • Assisting with resource planning and resource utilization tracking
  • Supporting budget monitoring, financial reporting, and variance analysis
  • Coordinating steering committees, governance forums, and stakeholder meetings
  • Preparing agendas, meeting minutes, and follow-up action trackers
  • Providing operational and administrative support to Programme Managers and project teams
  • Acting as a central point of coordination for PMO-related documentation and reporting

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred
  • +2 years of experience in an international PMO, Project Support Office, Programme Office, or similar project governance environment
  • Experience supporting governance forums, coordinating meetings, and maintaining project documentation
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining management dashboards and performance reporting solutions
  • Strong proficiency with project reporting and visualization tools, including Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and ServiceNow
  • PRINCE2 Foundation, CAPM, or similar project management certification is advantageous
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled reporting or analytics tools is considered a strong asset
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent numerical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across different levels of the organization
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently while collaborating within project-driven teams
