Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end payroll process in collaboration with the external payroll provider.
  • Review, validate, and process payroll-related changes and employee data.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll.
  • Support monthly close activities, including accruals, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Finance teams on payroll costs and budget analysis.
  • Perform reconciliations of social security contributions, pension schemes, and payroll-related accounts.
  • Process and monitor HR-related invoices.
  • Liaise with social insurance institutions and internal stakeholders.
  • Respond to employee and management queries regarding payroll calculations and payroll administration.



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in payroll administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Swiss payroll regulations and social security contributions.
  • Proven experience managing payroll processes with external providers.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
  • Experience with payroll ERP systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Fluent in English; French and/or German are an advantage.
  • Able to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders.
  • Professional, discreet, and committed to delivering a high-quality payroll service.
