The organisation manages large‑scale international physical flows, relying heavily on maritime logistics to ensure uninterrupted supply to its operations.

Job Description



Flow & Supply Coordination

  • Build and manage short‑ and medium‑term supply plans aligned with operational and budget constraints.
  • Translate demand forecasts into delivery schedules and continuously adjust based on real conditions.
  • Plan and optimise multiple simultaneous maritime movements.
  • Act as a key operational interface between planning, procurement, and logistics teams.



Inventory Oversight

  • Monitor inventory levels across multiple production and consumption sites.
  • Consolidate operational data and maintain accuracy within internal planning systems.
  • Identify gaps between planned and actual stocks and recommend corrective actions.



Logistics Execution

  • Coordinate vessel scheduling with transport partners.
  • Track shipments in real time and manage delays or operational incidents.
  • Support rapid decision‑making in case of disruptions or emergencies.



Risk & Continuity Management

  • Anticipate operational risks linked to production variability or transport constraints.
  • Deploy contingency plans to secure supply under crisis scenarios.
  • Report incidents clearly and support management decision‑making.

The Successful Applicant

  • Individual contributor role with strong cross‑functional exposure.
  • 5-7 years of experience in commodities, logistics, or operational planning.
  • Strong analytical skills, resilience under pressure, and ability to manage complexity.
  • Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
