Our client is seeking a Merchandise Coordinator & Analyst to join its team on a 9-month assignment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded and analytical professional to contribute to product strategy, assortment planning, and business performance analysis within a fast-paced international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support product assortment planning and coordination across multiple European markets.
  • Analyze sales performance, product trends, and key business metrics to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.
  • Contribute to forecasting, seasonal planning, and assortment optimization processes.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting tools and systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes and analytical capabilities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Merchandising, Economics, or a related field.
  • Approximately 3 to 5 years of experience in merchandising, business analysis, planning, or a similar analytical role.
  • Experience within retail, fashion, consumer goods, sportswear, lifestyle, or FMCG industries.
  • Advanced Excel skills with strong data analysis capabilities.
  • Experience using Power BI or comparable business intelligence tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Fluent English is required.
