Your key responsabilities:

  • Strong expertise in Swiss employment law, corporate law, and insurance frameworks
  • Contract drafting, review, and negotiation capabilities across multiple domains
  • Legal risk management and dispute resolution experience
  • Data privacy oversight and regulatory compliance knowledge
  • Ability to operate cross-functionally and manage diverse legal topics simultaneously



The Successful Applicant

Target profile:

  • Advanced academic background in law with significant post-qualification experience
  • Proven track record in a broad, multi-disciplinary legal position (ideally within a complex organization)
  • Fluency in French and English, with additional languages as a plus
  • Comfortable using digital tools and modern legal technologies
  • Detail-oriented, discreet, and capable of working independently with sound judgment
