Our client is a leading international company operating in a specialized technical construction sector.

Job Description

Key reponsabilities:

    • Act as a trusted legal partner to business leaders and project teams, providing practical guidance on contractual and commercial matters.
    • Support the execution of large-scale projects by advising on legal risk, stakeholder obligations, and contractual commitments.
    • Review and structure a variety of business arrangements involving clients, suppliers, partners, and subcontractors.
    • Contribute to the resolution of complex legal issues arising during project delivery, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders as needed.

The Successful Applicant

Successful candidate:

  • Master's degree in Law (Swiss qualification or equivalent); bar admission is considered an asset.
  • Several years of experience as an in-house counsel or legal counsel within construction, engineering, infrastructure, energy, or industrial environments.
  • Strong expertise in contract negotiation, risk management, and project-related legal issues.
  • Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
