Job Description

  • Monitor upcoming customer contract and subscription renewal dates.
  • Contact customers regarding upcoming renewals through email communications.
  • Send renewal notifications and follow up as required.
  • Manage a high volume of customer interactions while ensuring excellent service.
  • Update and maintain customer information in Salesforce.
  • Ensure renewal activities are completed accurately and on time.
  • Work with established processes, templates and operational procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support smooth customer renewal journeys.
  • Maintain high standards of data accuracy and administrative excellence.



The Successful Applicant

  • Junior profile with a strong willingness to learn and develop.
  • Salesforce knowledge is a strong plus.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Professional level of English is required. (B2 minimum)
  • Positive, proactive and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organisation and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of emails and administrative tasks.
  • Able to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
  • Adaptable and eager to work in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Logical thinker with strong attention to detail.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, sales support, operations or a similar environment is an advantage.
