Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee the delivery and ongoing enhancement of large-scale, international projects that link internal operations with external customer platforms. These initiatives involve managing significant volumes of sensitive data, where accuracy, reliability, and timely execution are critical.

In this position, you will serve as the bridge between business objectives and project execution, coordinating the successful delivery of software solutions in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. The role requires strong involvement in requirement definition, delivery oversight, and collaboration across cross-functional teams and systems.

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with project leaders, agile facilitators, development teams, and business representatives to ensure alignment on objectives, priorities, and execution plans.
  • Team Enablement: Support delivery teams by removing obstacles, facilitating progress, and ensuring alignment with business expectations.
  • Planning & Execution: Define and maintain project roadmaps, monitor risks, and support the implementation of solutions to achieve key milestones.
  • Requirements Oversight: Partner with business analysts to define, document, and validate functional requirements, ensuring clarity and consistency across teams.
  • Backlog Management: Continuously review and prioritise the work backlog in collaboration with stakeholders and agile teams.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track sprint performance, delivery metrics, and team health indicators to ensure transparency and consistent momentum.
  • Governance & Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and challenges. Facilitate structured reviews to address issues and support decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

  • Demonstrated experience in project management within agile environments, particularly for complex, customer-oriented software solutions.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies; certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile frameworks are advantageous.
  • Practical experience working with data-centric systems and cloud-based environments.
  • Ability to perform effectively in dynamic and evolving contexts while maintaining structure and clear processes.
  • Exposure to logistics, transportation, or similar industries would be considered an asset.
  • Experience working with distributed, multicultural teams across different regions.
  • Willingness to travel internationally on a limited basis.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
