Job Description

  • Define, manage, and execute strategic global IT programs aligned with business objectives.
  • Establish program governance, monitor budgets, risks, timelines, and inter-project dependencies.
  • Lead large-scale ERP transformation initiatives involving SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise solutions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning IT, business, and external partners across multiple countries.
  • Ensure successful delivery of complex projects while maintaining quality, scope, and budget commitments.
  • Manage executive-level stakeholder relationships and provide regular steering committee reporting.
  • Drive organizational change management initiatives supporting technology adoption and business transformation.
  • Oversee third-party vendors, system integrators, and consulting partners.
  • Promote best practices in project and program management across the organization.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience managing complex IT programs and large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Proven experience working within international and multicultural environments.
  • Strong expertise in ERP implementations and transformations, SAP, Oracle or an other tool of the market.
  • Experience within logistics, transportation, supply chain, or industrial sectors is highly desirable.
  • Solid understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and complex environment.
  • Fluent English is mandatory; additional languages are considered a plus.

Nice to Have

  • PMP, Prince2, PMI-PgMP, Agile or SAFe certifications.
  • Experience managing global ERP rollouts across multiple countries.
  • Exposure to cloud transformation programs and enterprise architecture initiatives.
