Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will act as a key interface between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring that business needs are effectively translated into high-quality technological solutions.

This role requires strong experience in international organizations, exposure to global environments, and a solid background working within Agile delivery frameworks.

  • Collaborate with global business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
  • Support the design, development, and implementation of IT solutions aligned with business objectives
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Create and maintain documentation such as business requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
  • Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Ensure end-to-end traceability of requirements and validate delivered solutions against business expectations
  • Support testing activities including UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and contribute to quality assurance
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across business processes and IT solutions



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst (typically 5+ years)
  • Strong experience working in international companies, with exposure to global and multicultural environments
  • Demonstrated experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or similar)
  • Ability to work effectively with distributed teams across multiple time zones
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
  • Solid understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycle, and integration concepts
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
