About Our Client

Our client is an innovative international MedTech company currently expanding its commercial presence across Europe and international markets. To support ongoing product launches and commercial operations, the company is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel on an interim or consulting basis.

Job Description



Reporting directly to the VP Legal, you will provide hands-on legal support to commercial, sales and marketing teams during a period of significant international growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, including distribution, partnership and service agreements.
  • Supporting product launches and market expansion initiatives across Europe and international markets.
  • Advising commercial and business development teams on day-to-day legal matters.
  • Reviewing marketing and promotional materials for compliance purposes.
  • Supporting commercial discussions with distributors, hospitals and clinics.
  • Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and mitigate legal risks while enabling business objectives.
  • Providing practical and business-oriented legal advice within a regulated industry environment.

The Successful Applicant

  • Qualified lawyer admitted to a recognised Bar.
  • Approximately 5-8 years of relevant legal experience.
  • Strong commercial contracting and negotiation experience.
  • Previous exposure to Medical Devices, MedTech, Pharma or Life Sciences highly preferred.
  • Experience supporting international commercial operations and product launches.
  • Fluent English mandatory.
  • Available immediately or at short notice.
  • Consultant, contractor or interim profile welcome.

  • Start date: ASAP (ideally mid-July).
  • Duration: 6 to 12 months, with potential extension.
  • Lausanne area.
