Our client is a leading international organisation operating in a highly complex and project-driven environment. Due to increased business demands, they are seeking an experienced finance professional with strong financial modelling and controlling expertise for an initial assignment of up to 9 months.

Job Description

  • Manage month-end closing activities and ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes
  • Perform project controlling and analyse project financial performance
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models for customer proposals and business cases
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making
  • Collaborate closely with operational, commercial, and project teams
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across finance systems and reports
  • Utilise SAP and reporting tools to drive financial analysis and performance tracking

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in controlling, finance business partnering, or project controlling
  • Strong background in month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis
  • Proven experience building sophisticated financial models in Excel
  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong SAP experience; knowledge of SAP BW and Power BI is advantageous
  • Excellent analytical and data interpretation capabilities
  • Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are beneficial
  • Proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Comfortable performing in a fast-paced and evolving environment
