We are looking for an experienced HR Operations & HRIS Coordinator to provide hands-on support during a key period of HR activity. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented HR professional who enjoys working with data, systems and process improvement initiatives. The mission is for 4 weeks.

Job Description

  • Maintain and update employee information across HR systems.
  • Support time management, leave administration and HR data reconciliation activities.
  • Assist with compensation and benefits data management.
  • Contribute to the preparation and coordination of variable compensation processes.
  • Support payroll-related activities through data preparation and validation.
  • Produce reports and analyses to support HR decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimisation and automation.
  • Develop clear documentation and ensure effective knowledge transfer to internal stakeholders.



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience within HR Operations, HR Administration or HRIS environments.
  • Strong exposure to HR systems, ideally including Workday or a comparable platform.
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle administration.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and quickly add value.
  • Fluent in English and French.
