Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar Jobs Added 09/07/2026Lead workplace and Health & Safety transformation projects.Help shape safer, smarter workplaces across international sites.About Our ClientOur client is a leading international organisation with a strong global presence and a commitment to operational excellence, employee wellbeing, and continuous improvement.As part of a transformation project, the organisation is focusing in its workplace strategy, Health & Safety culture, and future-of-work initiatives across multiple locations.Job DescriptionPlan, coordinate, and support Health & Safety audits across multiple sites, ensuring consistency of approach and reporting.Evaluate existing practices, identify gaps, and monitor corrective action plans through to successful implementation.Develop, formalise, and harmonise Health & Safety policies, procedures, standards, and governance frameworks across all locations.Support the Workplace leadership team in implementing Health & Safety strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.Coordinate inspections, risk assessments, regulatory compliance activities, and prevention plans.Manage workplace service providers, maintenance activities, contract renewals, tenders, and supplier performance.Negotiate scopes of work and support contract administration for Workplace and Health & Safety projects.Design and maintain dashboards, KPIs, action trackers, and management reports to provide visibility on project progress and compliance.Partner with local site leaders and key stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of programmes and standards.Support workplace transformation integrating Health & Safety considerations into workplace design and operations.Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, including drills, training programmes, awareness campaigns, and related documentation.Prepare, update, and maintain procedures, manuals, operational guidelines, and audit-ready documentation.The Successful ApplicantProven experience in Workplace, Facility Management, Health & Safety, Internal Audit, Operational Excellence, or a related field.At least 7 years of professional experience in project coordination, workplace operations, or Health & Safety environments.Strong experience coordinating cross-functional projects and driving process harmonisation across multiple stakeholders and locations.Solid understanding of audit methodologies, risk management, compliance, and continuous improvement practices.Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, reporting tools, and performance monitoring frameworks.Knowledge of Swiss Health & Safety regulations, including CFST/EKAS 6508 and ASA-MSST frameworks, would be a distinct advantage.Strong contract management and supplier coordination skills.Advanced Microsoft Office skills; knowledge of Power BI would be considered an asset.Fluent French and English are mandatory.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.Highly organised, analytical, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Autonomous, proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in an evolving international environmentWhat's on OfferA strategic and visible role contributing directly to the transformation of a renowned international organisation.The opportunity to lead impactful Health & Safety and workplace initiatives across multiple international locations.A collaborative, multicultural environment offering autonomy, flexibility, and exposure to senior stakeholders.Quote job refJN-072026-7058670Job summaryJob FunctionEngineering & ManufacturingSpecialisationHealth, Safety & EnvironmentIndustryIndustrial / ManufacturingLocationGenevaContract TypeInterimJob ReferenceJN-072026-7058670
