Job Description

  • Coordinate the full lifecycle of Board and Committee meetings, including planning, timelines, approvals, and distribution of materials.
  • Prepare, review, and finalize governance documents, presentations, minutes, resolutions, and official correspondence.
  • Ensure governance documentation is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.
  • Maintain governance records, archives, and document management systems, ensuring proper version control and audit readiness.
  • Act as a key point of contact for Board members, senior stakeholders, constituencies, and external partners.
  • Facilitate communication and information flow across governance bodies and internal teams.
  • Support governance-related procurement, contracting, and administrative processes while ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
  • Contribute to governance improvement initiatives, process optimization, and digital transformation projects.
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues preparing Board and Committee submissions.



The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate is an organized and detail-oriented governance professional with experience supporting Boards and Committees within an international environment. They possess excellent drafting and stakeholder management skills, demonstrate sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information, and are able to coordinate multiple priorities under tight deadlines. A proactive and collaborative mindset, combined with strong communication skills and the ability to navigate complex governance processes, will be key to success in this role.
