Our client, a renowned Biotech company in the Zug area, is looking for an E2E Supply Planner (a) to join their team becaues of a big implementation project. Start is asap, ideally August, for the next 12 months with extension option. Hybrid work model: 50% Home Office within Switzerland possible.

Job Description

As a Supply Planner you will be supporting end-to-end supply planning for commercial products (FG, DG or DS) by coordinating demand, supply, inventory, product launches, and lifecycle management activities.

Your task areas will be as follows:

  • Developing end-to-end supply plans for commercial assets while balancing demand, supply, inventory, and capacity across a complex, multi-layered supply chain.
  • Ensuring product availability by monitoring inventory levels, resolving short-term supply issues, identifying supply risks, and supporting Regulatory CMC variation
  • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial functions to support the S&OP process and align supply plans.
  • Coordinating product launches and lifecycle management activities while managing multiple stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and leveraging Excel and planning systems to analyze data and enhance supply chain processes.

The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years experience in supply planning, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Experience supporting supply planning activities related to Regulatory CMC variations is a strong asset
  • Proficiency with various ERPs and planning systems for supply chain management, and especially proficiency with Excel
  • Experience in contributing and navigating cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
  • Experience in product lifecycle management is an advantage
  • Prior experience with regulatory processes within supply chain contexts is desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
