Job Description



Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards and reporting solutions using business intelligence tools.
  • Perform data preparation, transformation, validation, and visualization to generate robust and reliable insights.
  • Monitor and improve data quality through structured controls, consistency checks, and governance practices.
  • Leverage modern analytics technologies and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency in data collection, analysis, reporting, and knowledge management.

Market Intelligence & Business Research

  • Conduct market research across industries, geographies, and product segments to assess market size, growth drivers, competitive dynamics, emerging trends, and business opportunities.
  • Transform complex analyses into clear and actionable insights through presentations, dashboards, reports, and ongoing intelligence monitoring.
  • Build and maintain a structured repository of market intelligence sources, including industry publications, associations, commercial databases, and other external resources.
  • Support strategic initiatives, business development projects, and investment assessments through data-driven market analysis and competitive benchmarking.



Survey Management & Insights

  • Coordinate and manage international survey programs, including employee, customer, supplier, and ad hoc research initiatives.
  • Oversee the full survey lifecycle, from questionnaire design and sampling methodology to deployment, response monitoring, and results analysis.
  • Ensure consistency and comparability of survey results across locations and business units.
  • Administer survey platforms, including user access management, support, data quality controls, and regulatory compliance coordination.

  • Delivers high-quality insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Proactively identifies trends, opportunities, and risks through innovative analysis.

The Successful Applicant



Experience

  • Master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Data Science, Computer Science,Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience in market intelligence, business research, commercial analytics, or data analysis.
  • Ability to synthesize large volumes of information into concise and impactful recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience with market sizing, competitive analysis, secondary research, and sourcing reliable external data.
  • Interest in leveraging new technologies such as AI, automation, scripting, web data extraction, or advanced analytics techniques.



Data & Analytics Skills

  • Experience creating and maintaining dashboards using business intelligence platforms.
  • Understanding of data modeling, data transformation, and analytical methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to data quality and governance.
  • Ability to communicate quantitative findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.



Survey Research Skills

  • Proven experience managing large-scale survey programs and translating survey results into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with survey design, sampling methodologies, data quality management, and reporting.



Languages

  • Fluent English required.
  • Additional languages are considered an asset.
