Job Description

    • Draft and coordinate responses to customer security questionnaires, RFPs, and due diligence requests.
    • Collaborate with Security, Product, Legal, Sales, and Engineering teams to gather required information.
    • Translate complex technical and security concepts into clear and customer-friendly responses.
    • Collect, validate, and maintain supporting evidence for customer requests.
    • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and confidentiality across all customer communications.
    • Track open requests, stakeholders, deadlines, and response ownership.
    • Maintain and improve reusable response repositories and knowledge bases.
    • Review security-related contractual clauses and provide technical feedback.
    • Support negotiations by partnering with Legal and Sales teams on security requirements.
    • Contribute to the enhancement of customer trust platforms and governance processes.
    • Develop and refine AI-powered workflows and prompts to improve operational efficiency.



The Successful Applicant

  • Experience responding to enterprise security questionnaires, audits, or customer assurance requests.
  • Background in Information Security, GRC, Compliance, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Good understanding of SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and security best practices.
  • Knowledge of cloud security principles and security architecture concepts.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to simplify technical information.
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver against tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable reviewing documentation and supporting contract-related discussions.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and an interest in process automation and prompt engineering.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Fluent English required; French is strongly preferred
