Job Description

1. Product Development & Industrialization

  • Lead execution of the product development pipeline from concept to market launch
  • Ensure successful industrialization of new products
  • Drive manufacturing readiness, regulatory compliance, and launch preparedness
  • Coordinate internal teams and external development partners
  • Translate innovation into scalable, commercially viable products
  • Balance quality, compliance, execution reliability, and time-to-market



2. Operations & Supply Chain Leadership

  • Own the end-to-end operational value chain
  • Lead Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, RA/QA, and Operational Excellence functions
  • Ensure operational readiness to support commercial growth
  • Strengthen supplier management and governance
  • Maintain product quality and regulatory excellence
  • Improve operational performance, resilience, and scalability



3. Operating Model & Capability Building

  • Design and implement the company's future operating model
  • Develop organizational capabilities, systems, processes, and governance
  • Strengthen internal industrial and operational expertise
  • Improve operational visibility and data-driven decision-making
  • Build scalable planning, quality, and performance management capabilities
  • Preserve agility while scaling the organization



4. Strategic Transformation & Organizational Scaling

  • Partner with the CEO to support the company's next growth phase.
  • Structure, Prioritize, and Execute the company Strategy in line with CEO's vision and pace of action.
  • Lead the multi-year operational transformation roadmap
  • Support the transition from a Co-CEO to a single-CEO structure
  • Institutionalize operational knowledge and best practices
  • Build a scalable operational leadership platform
  • Enable international expansion while maintaining innovation, quality, and financial discipline

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Experience operating in regulated medical device environments (mandatory), implantable strongly preferred
  • Proven experience scaling operations in a high-growth environment
  • COO, VP Operations, or equivalent leadership experience
  • Strong exposure to: Product Development, Industrialization, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs & Quality
  • Significant exposure to the US market is strongly preferred
  • Strong business and commercial understanding
  • Product intuition and appreciation for innovation
